Atria Sun Solar Park in Finland

Atria Sun is the largest solar power park in Finland, producing 10% of all solar energy produced in the country. In terms of land and roof surface, its 24,000 solar panels cover an area the size of almost nine football fields.

The panels produce 5,600 megawatt hours of energy per year, which is around 5 per cent of the Nurmo plant’s annual electricity requirements. This amount is enough to supply 3,000 apartment buildings with electricity.
