As of 31 December 2024, AS Harju Elekter Group had 10,800 shareholders. Over the past five years, the shareholder base has grown by 7,366, although it declined by 364 during the last year. The long-term increase highlights Harju Elekter’s visibility as a listed company and its steady place in investor portfolios.
The largest shareholder is the locally owned AS Harju KEK, holding 30.1% of the share capital. Estonian shareholders own 87.4% of Harju Elekter shares (31.12.2023: 87.2%), while foreign investors hold 12.6% (31.12.2023: 12.8%). Harju Elekter Group’s dividend policy targets a distribution of at least one third of net profit generated in the ordinary course of business. The Group also follows a practice of redistributing dividends received from other financial investments. The final dividend level is determined by cash flow, future outlook and funding needs.
In 2024, the General Meeting of Shareholders decided to pay a dividend of 0.13 euros per share, with total dividend payments amounting to 2,404,804 euros.
