Keila Industrial Park
Harju Elekter part from the total of 52 hectares of Park is 16.23 hectares with 65,000 m² of developed industrial real estate. There is potential to develop industrial real estate about 10,000 m².
Väljaotsa Industrial Park (under development)
17.73 hectares of site with potential to develop industrial real estate by more than 64,000 m².
Site has excellent location and connections with major highways, public transportation. Availability of high-quality workforce in Keila and the surrounding area. The proximity of the city of Keila offers excellent opportunities for recreation in the form of Keila Health Centre, discgolf courses, Niitvälja golf and parks.
Allika Industrial Park
Allika Industrial Park includes 18 properties with a total area of 26.7 ha and a construction area of over 92,000 m². Harju Elekter owns 14,9 ha with 31,100 m² of developed industrial real estate. There is potential to develop industrial real estate by 8,000 m². Allika Industrial Park, located on the border of Tallinn, on Paldiski Road, at the Harku crossroads, is suitable for environmentally friendly production, storage and logistics activities. It is a suitable place for the workplace of the residents of the nearby Õismäe and Astangu districts and Harku and Saue rural municipalities. The direct border with the planned Tallinn ring road further increases the value of Allika Industrial Park. A detailed plan, necessary roads and utility networks have been established.
