On 1 October, Harju Elekter Estonia officially opened its new 4,000 m² production facility in Keila. With the completion of the new building, the total production area of our Keila factories has grown to 30,000 square metres. The new factory will manufacture electrical equipment and control solutions for data centres, supporting customers across Europe and beyond.
The expansion comes at a time of increasing demand for electrical solutions, driven by the rapid growth of data centres and the broader shift towards electrification. Harju Elekter has a long-standing track record of supplying solutions for data centre sector, and the new facility further strengthens our production capabilities to meet the sector’s growing needs and support continued growth in this strategically important market.
According to Alvar Sass, Managing Director of Harju Elekter Estonia, market activity remains strong and demand continues to grow. The company’s focus is now on ramping up production and bringing the new facility fully into operation.
The new factory represents a €5 million investment and was built by NOBE OÜ. The expansion increases Harju Elekter’s production capacity, supports long-term growth ambitions, and creates new high-value engineering and manufacturing jobs.
