HOW OUR PRODUCT WAS USED
In 2025, E.ON continued with investments in local grid expansion through creating new connection points up to 315 kVA of apparent power to consumers according to the new regulation with SF6-free equipment.
TECHNICAL SOLUTION
Harju Elekter fulfilled the need of E.ON by providing HEKA M, which is our compact substation in sheet metal equipped with one transformer up to 315 kVA, along with SF6-free medium-voltage switchgear on the primary side paired with an integrated low-voltage solution on the secondary side.
SOFT VALUES CREATED FOR THE CUSTOMER
The close collaboration with E.ON resulted in a new compact substation design, which was developed in minimum time.
During the project, Harju Elekter created value for E.ON by becoming fully responsible for organising transport and coordinating the arrival of customer-supplied materials. This resulted in the project being delivered on time with minimal involvement from the customer.
INTERNAL CHALLENGE SOLVED
During the development, Harju Elekter was challenged to re-imagine theutilisation of the internal space due to the SF6-free RMU equipment requiringmore space. The new solution was developed based on existing model and typetested for Internal Arc.
