In 2024, Harju Elekter delivered a plug-and-play prefabricated E-house to Stella Futura for a battery energy storagesystem (BESS) project in central Sweden. Our product was used to enable grid-connected ancillary services andstrengthen the stability of the local electrical network.
The technical solution comprised a fully equipped E-house integrating medium-voltage switchgear, low-voltage switchgear,auxiliary transformer and control cabinets. The prefabricated design allowed for quick on-site installation and seamless connectionto the energy storage system, ensuring reliable operation and minimal downtime.
An internal challenge in this project was coordinating multiple system interfaces and equipment from different supplierswithin a compact layout. By leveraging our modular design approach and precise factory testing, we ensured fullfunctionality and compatibility before delivery, significantly reducing commissioning time on site.
