Located in one of Finland’s largest and most prestigious business districts, High Tech Centre Keilaniemi faced rapidly soaring demands from high-profile corporate tenants, employees, and visitors for electric vehicle infrastructure. Real estate managers needed to deploy a massive number of charging stations simultaneously without overloading the local power network or ruining the premium, modern architectural aesthetics of the waterfront office complex.
If they failed to scale up infrastructure quickly and reliably, the business park would lose competitive edge, lower tenant satisfaction, and fall behind in corporate sustainability benchmarks.
32 Premium Dual-Station Units with Engineered Power Distribution
Working in close collaboration with electrical contractor Sähkö-Kamut Oy, Harju Elekter stepped in to deliver a highly dependable, large-scale EV mobility ecosystem. We supplied 32 of our premium Elektra Design A1 charging stations, along with our engineered power distribution equipment to safely manage the high electrical load.
Each station was specified with a full aluminium body, designed explicitly to withstand public use and harsh Nordic weather while maintaining a sleek, minimal aesthetic that seamlessly blends into the high-end office district’s landscape.

The HTC Waterfront business park was upgraded with a seamless, “plug-and-play” network of 64 active charging points (22 kW each) on schedule.
