High-Capacity EV Scaling Without Architectural Chaos
As electric mobility rapidly expands, modern property owners face the challenge of future-proofing large-scale parking facilities. Kiinteistö Oy Vantaan Timanttiparkki needed a high-capacity, flexible charging solution for all 109 of its parking spaces.
The solution had to accommodate both modern electric vehicles and traditional engine heating needs, all while blending seamlessly into the parking hall’s architectural design without creating a chaotic footprint of mismatched hardware.
A Turnkey, Dual-Purpose EV Infrastructure Built to Scale
In close collaboration with installation partner Keravan Energia Oy, Harju Elekter delivered a turnkey, “plug-and-play” power distribution and charging infrastructure. To maximise utility, 56 Elektra Design A5 charging stations were installed. These pole-mounted aluminium units feature a dual-purpose layout – combining an 11 kW Type 2 charging point with a Schuko socket – engineered to match the modern aesthetic of the facility.
A 100% EV-Ready Hub that Boosts Long-Term Property Value
The project successfully transformed the parking hall into a 100% EV-ready public hub on schedule. By taking responsibility for the complex multi-point setup, Harju Elekter and Keravan Energia provided the client with a frictionless, ready-to-use asset.
The property now offers flexible, dual-purpose charging and heating to the public, significantly boosting its market value, long-term sustainability profile, and user convenience.
