Aare Kirsme has a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Tartu. He worked as a lawyer and legal consultant at AS Devest and Harju KEK from 2000 to 2013. He is a member of the Supervisory Boards of OÜ KEK Kinnisvara, AS Laagri Vara, AS Harju KEK, OÜ Valdmäe Tööstuspark, AS EKE, H11 OÜ, KEKE OÜ, Harju 4 OÜ, and AS Entek. In addition, he is a Management Board member of Kindluse Kodud OÜ and OÜ Devest Kaubandus, as well as a shareholder and Management Board member of OÜ Kirschmann, OÜ Silvertec, and Helicraft OÜ.
