Erko Lepa holds a master’s degree in electric drives and power electronics from Tallinn University of Technology. He joined Harju Elekter in autumn 2021, and since January 2025 he has been a member of the Management Board of Harju Elekter Group. Within the Group, Erko Lepa is responsible for production, the supply chain, and strategic procurement. Previously, he worked at ABB in various roles, starting as a production development engineer and later serving as a transformation manager, overseeing ABB’s global transformation in the motors and generators business. He is a member of the Supervisory Boards of AS Harju Elekter, Harju Elekter UAB, Harju Elekter Oy, Telesilta Oy, Harju Elekter AB, Harju Elekter Kiinteistöt Oy and Harju Elekter Services AB. Erko Lepa is also a shareholder and Management Board member of LepaTec OÜ.
As of 31 December 2025, Erko Lepa owns 2,173 shares of AS Harju Elekter Group. His direct holding is 0.01%.
