Aron Kuhi‑Thalfeldt holds a master’s degree in electrical power engineering from Tallinn University of Technology. He has worked at Harju Elekter since 2003, starting as a construction and energy engineer. Since 2007, he has served as the Head of the Real Estate and Energy Services Department, and since 2016 he has been a member of the Management Board of AS Harju Elekter Group. He is the Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of Harju Elekter Kiinteistöt Oy and Harju Elekter Services AB, and a Supervisory Board member of AS Harju Elekter, Harju Elekter UAB, Harju Elekter Oy, Telesilta Oy and Harju Elekter AB. In addition, he is a Management Board member of Energo Veritas OÜ.
