At the annual meeting of shareholders, held on 3 May 2018, the shareholders of Harju Elekter selected audit company AS PricewaterhouseCoopers to conduct the audit of the company for 2018–2020.
Introduction to the audit company

Ago Vilu graduated from the University of Karlsruhe (Germany) in 1994, specialising in business administration. He became an Estonian authorised auditor in 1995 and joined PwC the same year.
Ago has extensive expertise in the field of IFRS. He has worked for two years (1997-1999) in the Global Corporate Reporting Group of PwC London office, where he used to advise companies on IFRS questions all around the world. From 2005 until 2008 Ago was based in PwC Moscow where he led the PwC IFRS advisory function for Russia and CIS countries.
From 2008 until 2017 Ago was the Country Managing Partner for PwC Estonia and is now the Lead Partner for PwC Baltics and Belarus. At the same time, he is also leading the regional IFRS competency centre that provides support to the whole CEE region. He is a member of the PwC Global Accounting Consulting Services (“IFRS Technical”) network and a co-author of PwC global IFRS handbook, Manual of Accounting.
From 2001-2007 and 2010-2016 Ago was the Chairman of the Estonian Accounting Standards Board and is currently acting as the Vice-Chairman. He is also a member of the Accounting Regulatory Committee (ARC) of the European Union, which is the body responsible for endorsement of IFRS standards in the EU.
