Supervisory Board

According to the Articles of Association, AS Harju Elekter Group’s Supervisory Board has 3-7 members. The members are elected by the General Meeting for a period of five years. The Supervisory Board plans the activities of the Company, organises the management of the Company and supervises the activities of the Management Board. The Supervisory Board meets according to need but not less frequently than once every three months. A meeting of the Supervisory Board has a quorum when more than half of the members participate.

On 28 April 2022, the AGM assigned a six-member Supervisory Board  as follows: Triinu Tombak, Andres Toome, Aare Kirsme, Arvi Hamburg, Märt Luuk ja Risto Vahimets. The authorities of the  members of the Supervisory Board  will expire on 3 May 2027.

The Supervisory Board of AS Harju Elekter Group elected Triinu Tombak as the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board. She has been the Member of the Supervisory Board of AS Harju Elekter (since May 2023 AS Harju Elekter Group) from 1997 to 2007 and from 2012 to date.

As of 31.12.2022, Risto Vahimets does not own any Harju Elekter shares. He has no direct participation, indirect participation is 0.005%.
